Workshop registration

Please register by filling in the form below. Practical information and an invoice will be emailed to you on receipt of your application to participate in the 2012 workshop. Please read the following information carefully before submitting your application.

The workshop week begins at 9.00 am on Monday, 24. September, 2012 and ends at 2pm on Saturday, 29. September, 2012 at 16 pm. Participants must be present for the entire duration. We recommend you to arrive in Alingsås on Sunday, 23. September to ensure that you will be on time for the first meeting on Monday morning.

Your application is binding. Cancellation is only possible if the participant can provide evidence or give specific reasons that show the cancellation is beyond the participant's control. In the latter case up to one month before the workshop week 75% of workshop fee and accommodation costs will be refunded. Since places for the workshop are in high demand and the number of participants is limited, we reserve the right to approve the applications. All fees must be paid before arrival.

Given the irregular working hours during the workshop, it is of the utmost importance and thus one of the conditions for participation in the workshop that all participants be resident in Alingsås during the given period.

Rates and Fees

All prices inc. VAT. PLDA members are granted a discount of 10%

Workshop fee for students: 3,250.00 SEK (Student ID required).

Workshop fee for professionals (non-students): 11,350.00 SEK.

Accommodation

Hostel: 250,00 SEK/night

Parkaden hotel (budget), shared double room: 715.00 SEK/person and night

Parkaden hotel (budget), single room: 1250.00 SEK/night

Included in the fee:

Day 1: Lunch and evening meal

Day 2-4: Lunch

Day 5: Seminar, buffet lunch, "get-together" party with buffet dinner.
