Students from Alströmergymnasiet’s Sales and Service Program practice internships

Students from Alströmergymnasiet’s Sales and Service Program, year 2, are working as Lights-hosts a few evenings a week together with our Lights-guides. Through the class´s event course, about 20 students get work experience. They practice elements such as hospitality, guidance and cooperation. In total, it will be 4 weeks of practice where the students have 2-3 shifts each. The aim is to make this as a long-term collaboration for further editions.

Lights in Alingsås works closely with Alströmergymnasiet. Every year, students from the Electricity and Energy Program offers internships both before (year 3), during (year 3) and after (year 2) the workshop and the festival. In other years, students from the Aesthetics Program and students from the Construction Program have also been involved in various ways.
